The grueling regime Strictly Come Dancing demands has spun celebrity contestants into shape year on year.

So it's no wonder the dancers cracking the whip have bodies to die for with Strictly pro Ola Jordan as no exception as these sizzling photos from her 2014 calendar show.
Judging my Ola's amazing figure all those hours in the studio come with benefits other than improved steps and poised.

No need for cover-up: Strictly Come Dancing star Ola Jordan shot her 2014 calendar in August just before grueling training BBC1 competition started with her partner Ashley Taylor Dawson

But it seems this year her partner on the BBC1 show is leaving her battered and bruised.
Pro dancer Ola, 31, had to wear make-up to cover her bruises as she performed the Viennese Waltz with Hollyoaks hunk Ashley Taylor Dawson on Saturday night.

Despite the fact the waltz is a slow, romantic dancer a show source revealed: 'Ola and Ashley have been rehearsing hard to get the routines right. But Ashley is accidentally kicking her shins and hitting her face.'

Ola, married to fellow Strictly dancer James, won the contest in 2009 and hopes for a repeat with Ashley, 31.
In week three, they received a massive score of 31 with a 7 from Len Goodman and 8’s from the rest of the judges including notoriously hard to please Craig Revel Horwood.
It was a score they matched with the waltz on week four's show on Saturday night.

Ola won the BBC show in 2009 with Chris Hollins. Petite and unafraid to wear barely-there dresses and catsuits on the dancefloor, she has also become a lingerie model.
But due to such a high standard in this year's show the pair aren't yet save.
Ranking fifth in the leader board they will earn their fate soon when the judges scores are combined with this week's public votes.

Ballroom to beach: Ola and Ashley are scoring into the thirties, but with standards so high this year they will need to keep up the hard work to keep their place in the competition
