Lil Kim has filed a domestic violence lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend and the father of her 13-month-old daughter
according to Bossip.
The former couple are reportedly locked in a bitter custody battle and mr papers real name Jeremy Neil, claims Kim hasn't let him see their daughter since their split last year.
Neil allegedly filed for visitation rights last month and a judge granted his one-day-a-week request, provided the visits were supervised by a court-approved monitor.
Kim supposedly failed to appear for the July 9 hearing and then filed a lawsuit accusing Papers of physical abuse.
Neil says its all a lie and believes its a ploy to keep him from seeing his daughter. “He’s not trying to take custody, he’s not trying to take her,” said Papers’ publicist Tasha. “He is literally just trying to see her. He’s been trying to do it very quietly.”
The ex-couple are reportedly set to appear before a North Jersey family court this week on the domestic violence allegations.

Timaya Rape Case: Nigerian Actor Blames Singer For Admitting He Had Consensual Sex With Atlanta Based Lady
Few days ago, star singer Timaya admitted that he had consensual sex with a US-based lady simply identified as Sheila.
Nollywood critic and movie producer Charles Novia has aired his opinion on the matter. Charles blames Timaya for admitting his fault. He advised Timaya to go and hire a lawyer to help clear his name in America.
In his words:
“He implicated himself much in that interview, in my opinion and not of the crime he has been accused of but of his admission of being in the same room with the lady and revealing aspects of the post – coital incidents which any smart lawyer in America could use against him in a court of law.
“His honesty is commendable but a naivete not to allow a paid media manager give his own side of the story is my worry.”
Charles further said, “Here’s what I would suggest; Timaya should do; get a good lawyer and go to America and prove his innocence.
“I repeat, that this is not an allusion that Timaya is guilty but I’m concerned that he has to put this behind to move on as a creative artiste and also to redeem himself and other Nigerian artistes who might get affected by a blanket suspicion in the eyes of the larger world.
“A good lawyer would ask questions on aspects of Sheila’s story which on face value as it is from the statements right now; seem to be a bit out of place.”

FAAN Disgraced Patience Jonathan, Stopped Her Convoy From Driving To Port Harcourt Airport Tarmac
The immediate past First Lady of Nigeria, Dame Patience Jonathan was slightly embarrassed yesterday when FAAN officials at Port Harcourt airport denied her convoy access to the tarmac.
The GM of Corporate Affairs, Yakubu Dati who confirmed the step taken said it was done in line with the existing security protocol at the airport.

“The former First Lady’s convoy was only denied access to the foot of the aircraft during boarding formalities at the airport in line with international aviation best practices, strictly for safety reasons, as prescribed by the International Civil Aviation Organisation. Our security officials explained this fact to details of the former First Lady.
“We wish to recall that former President Goodluck Jonathan, in his recent trips from the same airport, had had to walk to the aircraft from the protocol lounge, in recognition of this ICAO regulation.”
