30 year old man rapes neigbours son

 A certain Prince Ovivare, who allegedly defiled a neighbour’s four-year-old son (names withheld), is being investigated by officers at the Aguda Divisional Police Station, Lagos State. It was learned that the incident took place, Wednesday afternoon, when the boy returned from school.
