The Swiss government has proposed to spend $8 million dollars reconstruction and development in the three northeast States most affected by Boko Haram terrorists, specifically Borno State, Yobe State, and Adamawa State. This pledge is also expected to include some of Nigeria’s Lake Chad neighbors victimized by Boko Haram.
