The former couple are reportedly locked in a bitter custody battle and mr papers real name Jeremy Neil, claims Kim hasn't let him see their daughter since their split last year.
Neil allegedly filed for visitation rights last month and a judge granted his one-day-a-week request, provided the visits were supervised by a court-approved monitor.
Kim supposedly failed to appear for the July 9 hearing and then filed a lawsuit accusing Papers of physical abuse.
Neil says its all a lie and believes its a ploy to keep him from seeing his daughter. “He’s not trying to take custody, he’s not trying to take her,” said Papers’ publicist Tasha. “He is literally just trying to see her. He’s been trying to do it very quietly.”
The ex-couple are reportedly set to appear before a North Jersey family court this week on the domestic violence allegations.
