An X Factor spokesperson has denied reports that Tamera Foster is a ‘nightmare’ to work with.

The denial comes after Reveal magazine quoted a source as saying the 16-year-old 'is a great singer with good looks, but boy does she know it'.
Speaking exclusively to the MailOnline, the spokesperson said: ‘We’ve no idea where this claim has come from or what it is based on as Tamera has been a pleasure to work with.’

They continued: ‘Despite being just 16 years old she has approached the competition with maturity and has a good relationship with the other contestants and the production team.’
A source had told the magazine that Tamera's alleged over the top demands were beginning to cause conflict behind the scenes at the show wherever she goes, whether it be with stylists, producers and other contestants.
They went on to warn that if Tamera is already acting like such a diva at this early stage of the show, if she lasts much longer 'then she's going to be nightmare later on'.

It's just the latest in a string of negative reports about the talented young singer. Last month, Tamera's boyfriend Joshante Amihyia, 20, claimed that she stole him from another woman.
He said: 'What she wants, she gets, and when I was in a relationship, she wanted me.
'We were texting each other and we kissed several times behind my girlfriend’s back, although we didn’t sleep together.'

After a shoplifting incident also came to light, Tamera is said to have issued a grovelling apology to X Factor bosses, telling them: 'I'm so, so sorry.'
A source added to the Daily Mirror: 'She is really remorseful for what she has done and has said sorry to everyone on the show for letting them down. She is distraught.'
Yet after stories of her stealing boyfriends, then actually being caught shoplifting leaked, the 16-year-old with the big vocal talent told Metro: ‘All the stories that have been brought up have come from people who don’t like me, but what can you do?'

Now it appears the bad press is could be catching up with Tamera after she found herself in the bottom two of the show last weekend.
She luckily managed to evade exiting the show with a rousing, if not career-saving, rendition of Whitney Houston's big hair ballad I Have Nothing.
Speaking about dealing with stories about herself Tamera has said, 'Someone is always going to have something bad to say, so you just have to brush it off and carry on. It’s kind of harsh but I guess everyone goes through it. I’m glad the bad press was more at the beginning. I think it would throw me off a little bit if it happened now, because it is quite a lot to deal with.’
Bookmakers at William Hill still have Tamera as the odds-on favourite to win. 'There is a good chance she could be our first odds-on of the series,' said William Hill spokesperson Joe Crilly.
