Science Wonder! Human Hybrids Pets For Super Rich Citizens Cost $50m
In an undercover laboratory in Vancouver, scientists have been slaving away for the finding of the century. It’s not a cure for cancer, or even a way to conquer death. This research is a lot more sinister.
Scientists have found a way to cross humans with dogs, to cater for a market of very rich people who like collecting unique pets. Dr. Paul Bradshaw, 54, from the Hartman Collinge Institute explains “There is only so much you can buy a person who has it all. This is better than buying your loved one an iphone 6!”
Animal rights groups are up in arms, as Pauline Crosby, 34, activist with the Animal Defense League explains “If one of my children saw these creatures, they’d be scared half to death. Imagine one of them sucking on your toes, in a dark alley”.
Dr. Bradshaw explains some of the advantages of having Human/Dog hybrids, “they’re obviously very intelligent and their vocal cords are functional. This means, not only can they keep you company like a dog can, they can read you bed time stories and answer the iPhone for you”
One of these hybrids would set you back around 50 million dollars. Not only are they being sold in North America, but there are orders for them in Manchester, Cardiff and London and probably coming to a city near you.
Ojuelegba tragedy: Truck owner, Ojo Adesanya, driver, Wasiu Adeleke, remanded in prison
The owner of the truck that fell and killed three people at Ojuelegba area of Lagos State, on September 2, Kilani Ojo Adesanya, alongside the driver of the truck, Wasiu Adeleke, are to spend another 20 days in prison.
The extension of their remand resulted from the objection raised by their counsel, Mr. W. O. Toriola, who vehemently opposed that their plea be taken in a consolidated charge against the duo.
At the resumed hearing of the matter yesterday, the prosecutor, Inspector Chinalu Uwadione, informed the court of an application by the police to substitute the charges against each of the defendants.
But their counsel, Toriola objected, saying that the business of the day was for the court to rule on their bail application.
Toriola also informed the court that the police cannot apply for the substitution of the charges rather such can only be consolidated.
He therefore prayed the court for an adjournment, to enable him file a formal application in objection to the substitution of the charges against his clients.

In a new interview Minister Louis Farrakhan sends a message out to Jay Z in which he tells Hov that he wants to see Beyonce covered up and it's his responsibility to make it happen.
Minister Louis Farrakhan:

Forte Oil Boss, Femi Otedola Reduces Kerosene Price To N50/Litre,Calls It “Buhari Kerosene”
Forte Oil Chairman, Femi Otedola, has reportedly affirmed his decision to begin sale of House Hold Kerosene (HHK) at the rate of N50 per litre.
This bold move marks a huge reduction in the current pump price by over 50 percent.
The kerosene which he fondly dubbed ‘Buhari Kerosene‘ will begin sale at all his fuel stations across the country.
This is in furtherance of his decision to identify with President Muhammadu Buhari’s bid to ameliorate the hardships faced by millions of Nigerians daily.
The Forte Oil boss had recently blown the lid off the activities of shady characters in the oil sector whom he blamed for selling House Hold Kerosene (HHK) as Jet A1 fuel, also called Aviation Turbine Kerosene (ATK), to airline operators.
In a statement signed by him, Otedola revealed: “This illicit act has been identified as the major factor contributing to the rising cost of kerosene in the country and may also be the cause of some of the air mishaps we have encountered in the country in recent times.”
The Forte Oil boss stated that while HHK is sold by the Pipelines and Products Marketing Company (PPMC), an arm of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) at the regulated price of N40.90k with the objective of selling to the average Nigerian at the pump price of N50 per litre, major HHK dealers sell the product to poor Nigerians at the pump price of N125 per litre.
And the development is attributable to the emergence of mushroom marketers who are desperate to make a killing by selling kerosene as Jet A1 fuel to major local and international airlines at the pump price of N140/litre or even higher.
He explained that this is possible because HHK shares some physical and chemical properties with Jet A1 fuel.
With his decision to sell HHK at N50/litre at all his fuel stations nationwide, Otedola will no doubt reduce the hardships foisted upon millions of Nigerian families by the prohibitive pricing of the cooking fuel.

Indian-owned Lacasera Company Plc has closed down her business in Nigeria.
Today over 700 workers were sacked by the company who described her employees as hoodlums.
The sack notice, dated September 14 and addressed to all members of staff, stated that
“as a result of the unwarranted breaking-in and invasion of our business premises on September 11, we cannot guarantee the well-being of our employees from hired hoodlums and their collaborators.
“As a result of this unprovoked act of vandalism, we are unable to continue operations under this circumstance. Unfortunately, we regret to inform all our staff of their immediate disengagement.”
Mr Idowu Adelakun, the state Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), told NAN that the act of calling labour officials hoodlums was wrong and vowed that labour would not allow the company to function until the matter was resolved.
Lacasera, a beverage company owned by three Indian businessmen started production in Nigeria back in 2000.
