Oh child! Marey Carey swear she doesn't know who Jennifer Lopez is...

 

Shouldn’t they know themselves atleast because they have such close realities – Like twin children, fluctuating careers, ex husbands and so many other things i cannot remember right now. 

Anyway, according to TMZ 

Mariah Carey’s infamous “I don’t know her,” line has struck again. The Shading Season is definitely upon us. Why does Mariah Carey still claim she doesn’t know who Jennifer Lopez is? It’s really not the first time she’s saying this. Refer back to the early 2000s when she was asked about Jennifer Lopez and simply stated, “I don’t know her,” which immediately entered meme — and shade — history.

Defending her comment, Carey said : “was just being honest.”

Then in a recent exchange with TMZ, Carey was asked about the line, and kept her answer short and not-so-sweet answer: “I still don’t know her,” Carey said. 

Speaking to Andy Cohen, JLo said: “I don’t have a feud against her at all. I know from back in the day, I’ve read things that she’s said about me that were not the greatest, but we have never met…Like, we don’t know each other. I think it’s kind of from word of mouth of things that have happened in the past that I’m not really aware of. But I don’t know.”

And to Wendy Williams, Marc Anthony’s ex wife said – “She does say that, she’s forgetful I guess. I’ve met her several times. I don’t know her that well.”

There is really no clear pinpoint on the reason for the rift between Carey and Lopez. But the still don’t know her line doesn’t just cut it. JLo is a fantastic artist, we don’t think there’s anyone who doesn’t know her.
